Leadership Broward Foundation programs help emerging and recognized leaders expand their skills and enhance their knowledge of local and state issues, as well as leverage their individual passion to make positive changes in our community. In addition to providing program participants with opportunities to build strong personal and professional networks, the Leadership Broward Foundation is the single best forum for bringing the private, public and nonprofit sectors together to work collaboratively on issues vital to the future of our community. In fact, Leadership Broward program participants and alumni have played critical roles in passing key economic development and civic works projects important to the community at large. LBF programs also help foster stability and success within Broward County’s nonprofit community by motivating leaders to become involved as volunteers, board members and donors.
Since 1981, the Leadership Broward Foundation has continuously provided unique opportunities to cultivate, expand and leverage the tremendous leadership resources of our community in order to bring about a stronger future for Florida.
