Caitlin Stella, MPH
CEO of Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital
Caitlin is the CEO of Joe DiMaggio Children’s Hospital. She started her professional career at UCLA’s Autism Center, managing an epidemiologic study in California. After completing her Master of Public Health (MPH) at UCLA, she joined PwC’s healthcare consulting practice. She was a senior executive at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles before becoming Chief Administrative Officer at UCLA for Mattel Children’s Hospital and Women’s Health. She is a Board member of Make-A-Wish, the Museum of Discovery and Science, and Jack and Jill. Caitlin was named one of the 113 great leaders in healthcare by Becker’s Hospital Review and an Influential Woman in Business by the South Florida Business Journal in 2022. She serves on the Broward Economic Council and belongs to YPO (Young President’s Organization) and IWF (International Women’s Forum). She Chaired the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society’s Light the Night in 2020 and 2021 and Co-Chaired the 2022 Heart Ball with her husband, Todd. She is a member of several professional and philanthropic organizations and Junior Achievement’s Circle of Wise Women.
